Return & Exchange Policy

At Chatkaare, we take utmost care to ensure the quality and hygiene of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

No Returns or Exchanges
Once a product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect as per your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Chatkaare will review the concern and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

Refunds
As a general policy, Chatkaare does not offer refunds. Any exception, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis and processed only after internal verification.

Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
